We care about results not only now but also in the many years to come. Our program is designed to give you the best possible outcome without risking any injuries. The goal is to create the healthy lifestyle so you are able to stay pain free and enjoy exercises.

For me as a physiotherapist it is important to build a strong and healthy body. The key here is to choose the right intensity for the right person. There are no wrong exercises, exercises are only wrong when they are not tailored to the individual and we will always give the right individual the right exercise. In my program I don't try to push you over your limits so you feel exhausted and not able to walk next day. I'm using the techniques which will challenge you but also give you energy for the rest of the day.

Among my clients I have people in all age, from 12 to 90 years old. They all have different fitness levels, different goals, different lifestyles but they have one thing in common - they all want to be in the best possible shape! We are here to do it together.

We have 2 options available. 60 or 90 minute sessions. We advise two or more sessions a week for drastic, life changing results.
